Of fallen soldiers and endless war

On Lawfare.org last week I posted a review of Mary Dudziak’s interesting new book War Time: An Idea, Its History, Its Consequences (Oxford University Press, 2012)dwelling on the American mythology of endless war. Dudziak offered her own reflections in response.

Samuel Moyn is JHenry R. Luce Professor of Jurisprudence at Yale Law School and professor of history at Yale University.
